Official CB Countries & Where is Dave?

I was in contact with Geoff (Tweed Radio 299) in Darwin last weekend and he mentioned contacting a lady in Madagascar.
When DXing overseas I operate as Indian Ocean Radio and often wonder what countries have an official CB service on 11m and what their frequencies may be. My particular interest is the Indian Ocean Rim countries, but I feel others would like to know what countries world wide may be most active on 11m with an official frequency allocation. Can anyone help?
Also, the last I heard from Dave in Java he was moving his QTH and contemplating a larger beam. Others are also wondering at his long silence. What gives Dave?

whats up with Dave
Hi Gayle,
Things have been very busy up here...so not a lot of time on the radio....we moved house, went trekking in Nepal, put up the big tower but left the original 3 element on top (+/- 34m above the ground) Moved office. Bought a boat in Freo. Went trekking in Nepal again....so just back for xmas to remind the kids they got a Dad and will be down in NZ for the New year so will not be active for this years DX11 contest. Pity cos I got a nice new 50W S-45 with the new 75w PA that would have driven the Texas Star DX1600 to 1kw plus (SSB PEP)to put 91 division firmly up there for the contest. Barefoot the S-45 got out really well down to 43 the other day and could work everything it heard. Talking to 299 59+ for an hour or so and to a couple of stations in Perth, Melbourne and Hunter Valley but conditions were full on and stations coming in from everywhere. Spoke to two stations in NZ that called me out of the noise on ch 35 as well. Listen out for "the 18 out of the Far Far North" I seldom say 91 div if on the lower 40. Jon another expat living in Bangkok is threatening to get back on 11 again now that conditions on 11m are getting better. Waiting on the first of the new samples of our new killer CB optimized for NZ and Australia to arrive and will be testing them on air as soon as they are in. They will incorporate a socket so an optional Channel guard filter can just plug straight in. Big improvement in receive if you are having problems with nearby stations bleeding over. The new S-45's with the 75W RX-75 integrated PA unit(like the 257's and Delta Force before them) are sounding really smooth. Conditions permitting I hope to have more time towards the end of Jan 2010 to get on 11m
cheers, 91dd018
Official CB
Hi Roy,
I mean countries that have allocated a legal CB service on 11m such as Australia, New Zealand and the USA - I think also Britain or England. These are the countries I know of - oh! and Italy of course - though I passionatately disagree with Gruppa Alfa Tango Italia seeking to impose its' system upon the whole 11m DX world without international agreement. Many in Australia felt the same as I back then.
I couldn't open your site.
Cheers,
Gayle
OOPS
Silly me pasted it into Google rather than the address bar!
Do they still have bandits and pirates at your QTH (not the on air type)? What is YOUR image of OZ?
